Born and bred in Arizona, Andrea Alfaro is not only a proud single mother to three teenagers but also a beacon of inspiration in the realms of fitness and spiritual wellness. As a Kundalini Yoga Certified Instructor and a renowned personal trainer in the East Valley, Andrea has dedicated her life to the pursuit of strong, healthy bodies and the empowerment of women.

Her journey in yoga and fitness is marked by a deep-seated passion for helping women discover and embrace their ideal form, with or without the aid of equipment. This passion was recognized nationally when Andrea secured 4th place in the 2022 Ms. Health and Fitness online competition.

Andrea’s venture into yoga began in 2013 under the tutelage of the globally acclaimed Bizzie Gold. Since then, she has continually expanded her knowledge and expertise in yoga, focusing on the powerful practice of Kundalini. This dedication to her craft has not only enriched her own life but has also enabled her to guide others in connecting with their divine feminine essence.

Through Kundalini Yoga, Andrea offers more than just physical training; she provides a pathway to healing, helping individuals forge a deep connection with their soul, source, and purpose.
