Meet Andrea: A Journey of Passion, Fitness, and Empowerment

Hi there! I wanted to start the day off by getting to know each other a little better. Lately, I’ve been asked a lot about how long I’ve been personal training and teaching, so I thought I’d share a bit of my story with you.

As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, my journey has been one of exploration, growth, and deep passion for health and wellness. It all began when I was just a kid, imitating bodybuilders and marveling at their strength and dedication. Those early inspirations eventually led me to compete in fitness competitions as an adult, where I pushed myself to new levels of physical and mental resilience.

My background in dance, cheerleading, and yoga has shaped my unique approach to fitness. Each discipline has taught me the importance of balance, flexibility, and the joy of movement. These elements are now cornerstones of my training philosophy.

As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, my mission is simple: to empower women. I want to help you build confidence and strength—not just in your body, but in every aspect of your life. Whether we’re working on the mat, in the gym, or through breathwork, my goal is to guide you toward a healthier, happier version of yourself.
